Biography:

Dr. Samuel Honorio, is a full-time teacher in the Polytechnic University of Castelo Branco – Higher School of Education, Portugal. He is a member of the Sports and Well Being Department and in SPRINT-IPCB (Sport Physical activity and health Research & INnovation CenTer; Serves as an Adjunct Professor, has a PhD in Sport Sciences and a Post-doctorate graduation in Physical Activity and Health, with several investigations in the field of Healthy Habits and Lifestyles.He is also an author and co-author of several books and articles in the field
